critical validation deficiency in quantities of Credit Notes

The system has a flaw in the validation logic when generating credit notes. Currently, the software allows returns of an item for a quantity greater than the amount originally invoiced, as long as the total amount of the return does not exceed the total amount of the invoice.
EXAMPLE
On an invoice with a total value of $40 (composed of 2 units of Item A at $10 each and 2 units of Item B at $10 each), the system allows you to create a credit note by returning 4 units of Item A. The system accepts the operation because the value ($40) matches the total of the invoice, ignoring that only 2 units of that item were sold.
SALES INVOICE
ITEM VALUE TOTAL QUANTITY
TO 10$ 2 20$
B 10$ 2 20$
TOTAL BILL AMOUNT 40$
CREDIT NOTE
ITEM VALUE TOTAL QUANTITY
TO 10$ 4 40$
This creates a serious inconsistency in the inventory (units that never came out come in), causing physical stock mismatches against the system.
I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL TO THE ALLIADDO TEAM IF THEY COULD PLEASE FIND A PROMPT SOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE, SINCE HUMAN ERROR IS POSSIBLE AND KEEPING THE INVENTORY IN ORDER IS ESSENTIAL. ADDING THIS VALIDATOR WOULD GREATLY REINFORCE COMPANIES THAT HAVE A HIGH INVENTORY FLOW.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH
